1. Nature of Astrology Consultations

Consultations offered by Shiv Jyotish Kendra and Astro Shivanii represent spiritual, architectural, and advisory interpretations derived from traditional Vedic scriptures, BNN, and Vastu systems. Astrology and Vastu are interpretive disciplines designed to provide perspective, personal reflection, spatial balance, and moral encouragement.

2. Client Accuracy of Birth Details

The precision of any horoscope analysis is intrinsically tied to the exactitude of the birth information submitted by the client (Date, Time, and Place). Shiv Jyotish Kendra is not liable for misinterpretations resulting from erroneous or imprecise data supplied by the seeker.

3. Rescheduling & Punctuality

Consultations are conducted in dedicated time slots. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify our consultation coordinator via WhatsApp or phone at least 4 hours in advance so the slot may be reallocated.

4. Mutual Respect & Conduct

All sessions are held in a spirit of mutual dignity, confidentiality, and cultural respect. Any abusive, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the consultation session.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
